Our Philosophy

I approach healing from a relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive perspective, guided by the belief that the wisdom and strengths you need to heal already live within you. My goal is for therapy to be truly transformational, creating real shifts in how you see yourself and experience the world, in a safe and compassionate space where all of you is welcome.

Collaborative

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We move thoughtfully, with intention, curiosity, and care, honoring both where you've been and where you want to go. I offer virtual therapy throughout Florida and life and personal development coaching throughout the United States for teens and adults.
The Therapist

Meet Isabel Feibert

Therapist & Personal Development Coach

I believe the therapeutic relationship, one that feels safe, warm, and genuinely human, is one of the most important ingredients in meaningful change. I also hold a deep belief that everyone deserves support and carries within them the capacity to heal and grow beyond their experiences. In therapy, I aim to offer a presence that is calm, grounding, and supportive, while also providing structure and direction. Your growth and goals matter deeply to me, and I approach this work with thoughtfulness, respect, and care.

“Therapy becomes a place where insight turns into change; where healing leads to aligned choices, increased confidence, and meaningful forward movement."

A Note From Me

Where readiness meets change.

Many people come to therapy because they're ready for change and want support moving forward. That readiness often comes from realizing that familiar patterns in relationships, in self-trust, or in how you respond to challenges are no longer working.

While these patterns once served a purpose, they can begin to limit growth over time. In our work together, we don't stop at understanding where patterns came from. We actively work to heal what shaped them and create space for new ways of relating, responding, and moving through life
How I Think About Healing

A systemic and narrative lens.

I approach therapy from a systemic and narrative lens, meaning we look beyond isolated experiences and consider the relationships, environments, and contexts that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. The stories we carry about who we are are shaped over time — and they can be revised to better align with what we want out of life.

I also integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic and trauma-informed approaches to support deeper processing of experiences that may still live in the body or nervous system. This work allows past material to be held and integrated in a way that feels grounded and safe, rather than overwhelming.

The Process

From insight to lasting change.

Through a thoughtful, trauma-informed process, we focus on helping your system feel safer, more flexible, and better able to support the life you wantnow.

Over time, many clients notice they feel more grounded, more self-trusting, and more able to move forward with intention.  As internal clarity grows, external changes often follow — in relationships, decision-making, and how life feels day to day.

Who I Work With

Teens & adults
ready to grow.

I work with teens and adults who are motivated to grow and ready to engage in deeper self-exploration. Clients often come to this work when they feel ready to move beyond feeling stuck and want support in becoming more aligned with who they are and what they want from life.

I especially enjoy supporting teens, offering a steady and affirming space where they can explore identity, self-worth, and emotional experiences while developing confidence and self-understanding.
